The Kennel

On our trip to Rondane

  • Our Kennel is located in Oslo, the capital of Norway. The kennel consist of me Kaja, my husband Erik, our dobermann Odin and our miniature pinschers. I, Kaja, have a bachelor degree in travel and tourisme, and finished spring 2006, the same year I took my first course as a massage therapist for dogs. Erik is educated as a carpenter since 2000. When we was introduced to the Miniature Pinscher it was no doubt in my mind that this was The Breed, and after an endless research and learning about the breed we could proud take our new familymember CH Jean Dark Enchilada home in 2004. Our kennel name was registrated in FCI summer 2005, and our first litter was born in december the same year.
  • Our house is close to the forest, where we have plenty of places to go hiking. We are often taking the dogs for walks in the forest. Daily our dogs have the oportunity to play in our garden. We think also that it is important that our dogs get stimulated not just physical but also psychic, and we are several times a week doing different things as agility, obedience, tracking and freestyle. We are also participating in shows several times a year in both national and international shows.
  • Our dog lives indoors with us, and at night they are sleeping in our bedroom. They are living as complete familymembers in every way. Our puppies have their nursery in our house where they can get used to a lot of the activities we do during the day.
  • Our goal is to breed healthy miniature pinschers with a typical minpin mentality. For us, the min pin is a loving, social and happy dog who loves to be in activity."A big dog in a small body" :o). We are also doing what we can to breed puppies with a attractive exterior. The puppies that leaves our kennel has had his or hers required shots, and health certificate. They are all registered by the Norwegian Kennel Club and chipmarked. We believe in helping and supporting each new owner trough all the dogs' life.
  • We will send our biggest gratitude to breeders that along our way share their knowledge and experience with us. Breeders that are more than happy to cooporate and that has become fantastic partners and friends, which means a lot to us. Thank you so much, we are so grateful!
